Forget iPod Shuffle, come in Super Shuffle!!!

Enter iPod shuffle’s “twin brother”, except it offers more features than the iPod itself! As I am typing this Apple might be getting ready to sue this company for the blatant copy that is the Super Shuffle. Check this page out for images that show the striking “resemblance” between the two products.

Just as I type this, there has been an update on the matter.

More work for Apple’s lawyers who, unless you live under a rock, you would know, have been rather busy recently.

iTunes “shuffle” not that random

Not to be confused with the iPod shuffle, I have discovered that iTunes v 4.7.1 (30) does NOT do a good job of “shuffling” songs when running on my Powerbook (Mac OS X 10.3.8).

When running in the “shuffle” mode (Controls -> Shuffle) iTunes follows the same “pattern” skipping songs within a session. Dig this.

Even MS employees can’t resist it

Wired news reports that 65% of the employees at Redmond use an iPod – even at work – I guess it’s hard to resist the best. Apparently the management isn’t too pleased about it (of course).

But the employees don’t seem to care much – as long as it doesn’t hurt them in any way. One of them has even pleaded with Billy boy to come with something similar – ya, right! In their dreams maybe 😉
