In a new city (Pune) and there’s an Apple dealer close to where I am staying presently. Happened to check out both Leopard and the iPod touch for the first time this evening. I “pinched” the iPod touch alright and can confirm that it is every bit as orgasmic as it looks on screen! Can’t wait to get both the touch interface – in the iPhone hopefully, and the store guys were telling me there’s a strong rumor that it will be launched in India in March next year – should make for the perfect birthday gift – as well as Leopard. Look good enough to upgrade – hate the new folder icons though! Too bad the store didn’t have a copy for sale – the standard two weeks delay before it appears for sale, the fact they had it installed on their demo machines, was a pleasant surprise!<\/p>\n
